Played on Steam, and this is an incredible parasite simulator.  Not perfect - plenty I'd change if given the chance (not least the use of Twine for sim/management games) - but easily one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had.

I cannot rate it highly enough, especially with ModeSeven's beautiful art.
