A solid, quick read! I often find it difficult to enjoy short romps into Lovecraftian horror since a lot of what makes the genre appealing is the lingering dread birthed from long, in-depth passages, but this was a delight. I could almost envision those grainy, sepia tones synonymous with old noir films.
