A fair game, but short, shallow, and to the point (for worse, not for better). A lot of the writing was lazy and inconsistent. There were choices but they are more like railroads than anything branching or meaningful. Some of the characters were really great for a while, but true to inconsistency, they too suffered alongside the main character and the game itself. Near the beginning, they talked about more than just the second city, and it seems there were originally plans to make the game be more than a surface level broad stroke - alas, it must have been canceled (though I can't imagine it being due to a lack of funds). I skimmed through the comments and note many others dissatisfied with the dev; though it makes me curious, my time with this game has come to an end and so too my cares about its history. 2/5 stars.
