If you're concerned about this game not running on Mac, there's no need. The 1.3 version doesn't work, but the 1.0 version does. I'm not sure if 1.3 adds new content, but 1.0 feels complete to me.

Any game featuring 1980s Hong Kong as its setting is an auto-buy for me thanks to Shenmue II. I was not disappointed; this game is an aesthetic masterpiece with amazing visuals from start to finish.

The characters are believable and easy to root for. I played this game with a little trepidation because I was completely expecting an unhappy ending. I was very pleased to find out that the ending was quite happy and very satisfying.

Totally worth the price and will definitely buy the next game from these developers. I'll be thinking about this experience for quite a while.
