Just finished running this for a group over discord. I can see how IRL might be easier- you could set a die face up with your wizard or wild stat whilst noting other things. It took the players who are used to PBTA a moment to realize they roll twice- and then on fail roll consequences. I didn't want to be too ambitious and set up a round robin GMless mode type game, but I did end up rerolling a ton of challenges for the final room and had to kind of break it into segments to keep things focused. 

Delightfully rules-light enough that a casual pickup game was plenty fun. Would run it again for other groups.
