In general, this was a good game, and fun enough. It wasn't very original, but just enough to feel fresh.
The long load times where a bit of a put-off for me, and my OS kept threatening to shut the program as "Not responding." Invesing in a multi threaded or asynchronous system, or maybe just showing a loading screen and clearing the even quire now and might improve player experience.
There seems to be a bug that story segments are only displayed on when you click on the level, but not when you press "Next level" from the previous level. I missed half the story before I figured this out.
Also, it might be nice, though not necessary, to stack the cards of the same type when choosing your deck. This would highlight second-half cart types that kind of get buried between identical cards on both sides. This can be as simple as reducing the spacing when two cards are of the same type, or actual stacking with numbers replaced. Anything to highlight type divisions would help.
The graphics where nice enough. They sort of justify the load time. The balancing of turrets is nicely compensated for by allowing you only a limited amount of cards for each type, so the player is forced to evaluate which weaker toy is the least weak.
Overall, great work!
