Premise: I dislike sandbox games. That said, if you have to play a sandbox, THIS is the game to play. It's fun, the LIs are very diverse and attractive and definitely lovely, and the sex is very enjoyable. There are a lot of kinks, if you like light maledom and light bdsm this is the game for you. If you don't like bdsm, this is still the game for you, because everything is optional. Plus, the game has effectively a story, and every girl has her own sub-plots, so you're covered also story wise.

Definitely a must play!
