Is it the best PbtA game? Maybe. It tells gloriously messy tales about supernatural (and supernatural-adjacent) teens. I've still yet to run a campaign but I've run and played a lot of 1-2 shots, each of which has left people thrilled, tired from laughter and horrified at their own actions.
