Easy to modify if you need to express some other gender, etc.  A very fascinating and valuable tool people can use, regardless of being cis or trans.  Every one of us has different experiences and "qualifications" we give ourselves, and we've all had some very insightful discussions thanks to that.  Personally will try using trasparent plastic sheets when my group tries this again, so we don't have to use the same board. Cheers!
