Needs more. There's no possible advantages gained from each run so it's a complete stab in the dark each time from scratch. You can even start in a worse position each time since the PC stats reset each time as well. Your ability to rest and regain HP is likewise always random. You're even denied the advantage to know what weapons and spells do in terms of damage, to hit... there's no info given at all. You also don't have the ability to ready a weapon out of combat so equipping a weapon is an instant attack counter by the enemy so it's possible that if you don't get a rest card (which in trying to get one you're highly likely to die from a trap in the process) before your next fight, the counter attack to you readying the weapon could kill you. You also can't use potions until you're in combat and yep, most times if you're starting a fight with having to use a potion if you managed to get one, the counter attack will most likely kill you. The game has a good foundation, but the lack of anything other than RNG and decent artwork makes it seem incomplete and impossible to win.
