At first I was confused on what each tool did. After playing around a bit I realized how each tool worked. It was a little bit of a culture shock in comparison to what I was using before. but the more and more I use it I see the potential this program has. 

Things that need to be added are some help hints that pop up when you over over a tool. and a checkbox that auto align points to the current grid. last thing that I would like to see is a rounded square tool. that would make it easier to make some of the shapes. A built in guide would go along way.

Things I like are the crisp layout. After you get use to where things are it easy to get where you need to go. I love the layer up and layer down buttons! That is a nice feature. 

I will be using this for some time, and I can't wait to see updates in the future to make this app a beast.
