For how short and quick set up of the setting and characters is, this game does a great job of inspiring ways to make the world bleak, the characters complicated, and their growth and change feel impactful and real. Over the course of a one-shot with only one challenge, we were able to include a terrifying Liberal queen, a radio tower of Babylon, skeleton security guards threatening to cancel people's lunch breaks, labyrinthine contracts, debates over the terms of a ritual duel, and worker run safety training. This is a fantastic game.
