Really good both art and story wise. The scream is very reminiscent of a machine making a horrible screeching sound as something goes wrong, and that coupled with the existenial horror that is beyond our understanding(since we don't get an in-depth explanation), which fosters whatever horrible truth the brain could infer from his few words of, assumably, pain.
