The thing about trivia games is that they have to keep in mind the relative amounts of information members of the target audience are likely to have about specific subjects. Just as important, though, is making sure to be clear about what that target audience actually IS.
Nothing in the game description lists anything about this game being largely about Japanese pop culture. About two-thirds of the questions I received were hopeless for me, when I even knew what it was talking about. I see maybe 3-4 new anime series a year, don't play phone games, and don't participate in fandom.
I'm not deducting a star for creating a game for zoomers obsessed with Japanese culture; there's nothing wrong with that! I'm deducting the three stars for giving NO INDICATION it was for zoomers obsessed with Japanese culture, right down to the sample question given being about Shakespeare!
