Really bad writing. The main character acts unrealistically for someone with those powers: it's pretty obvious everytime the author tries to delay certain scenes with really stupid excuses, and the same can be said for every other character - and this happens with other game from the same author, so I suspect it's just the way he/she writes. Also, every once in a while the game tries to be funny but it's really obvious how hard it's trying to be with actually being able to.
