Author participates in predatory business practices. Author charges a monthly subscription for a single-player text game where a majority of content is written by other authors without credit. They then turn around and attempt to smother any review or comment that reflects them in a negative light.

Previously they sold the game to early adopters for a flat rate, promising access to the full game. Instead, the just marked everything past a certain point as 'DLC' that doesn't count as part of the base game. The early adopters were given no discount or option other than to pay a full subscription to continue to play the game.

Updates are seldom; often there is 3 or more months between updates, despite the monthly subscription fee. Often the updates are nothing more than incorporating someone else's mod content, or throwing together a minimum effort procedural dungeon.

TL;DR: Game is not worth the money, and the author is abusive to supporters.
