Incredibly versatile. Here's a trick: set the tile size in the Tiled map to 50px instead of 100 and you can overlap the blocks for even more combinations. (Use layers, layers and more layers.) It's also straightforward to adjust the colors of the whole tilesheet in a standard image editor (I made mine much girlier), or you can apply a tint to a layer of white paint right in Tiled if you just need a spot of a special color.
