I hate when I play a game which has a concept I like, an artwork I like, an idea for the gameplay which is interesting and original... but has literally one or two situations which take (more than) half of time of the whole game because of poor optimalization of something - in this situation jumping on a thing. I couldn't finish the game and I don't know why, because I am jumping, like the others on their gameplay videos, but it doesn't work and I fall, it's really frustrating. Probably when the jumping mode was better optimalized or there would be some kind of assist starting after some failed attempts, my rating would be 5 and it would be one of the most interesting short games for me.
