It engaged my intellect with a mysterious situation, it made me feel real emotions as the story revealed itself, and even the core gameplay loop is enjoyable and rewarding (nice little dopamine hits as we go.) 

Easily deserves 4.5 stars; only falls short of a full five stars because of minor but distracting language issues: frequent noun/verb singular/plural mistmatches, a few characters swapping pronouns randomly between scenes. (Certain characters have gender assigned by your romantic preferences, but occasionally the game pulls the wrong set for a scene.) 

Even with those very minor issues, I'm very confident saying that anyone who likes rpg gameplay and scifi stories will fall in love with Trigaea!
