Compared to the built-in generator in RPG Maker, this one has a severe lack of content variety. While understandable due to the amount of additional present elements which are not available in the built-in generator such as full-size character artwork, the progress has been so slow over the years that the price is only worth it if you want to support the VisuStella team rather than aiming for using it to complete a game project. To avoid misunderstanding, the artwork quality is great and the usability part of the generator is just fine.

If in some close/distant future the existing assets become fully complete and we start getting a couple of content updates per year (or even more frequently?) I'll gladly update the review but as it is, between the available materials and price, 2-starts seem appropriate.
