Now at the second build I still like just as much the CGs and sprites as I did in the first build, but the writing not as much. I feel a bit offput by how "blunt" I feel it is when it comes to emotional matters. I'm not against vulnerability or sincerity, far from it, I just find the way those are handled a bit fake and plastic-y. To me that highlights the hand of the author and breaks me out of the story every time.
