Great comic-book style, nailed the colors in particular!

The physics feel a bit too bouncy to me, but otherwise good.

Unfortunately, the packets are few and far between, and there's really nothing to hold your attention in between (you don't even have any kind of navigational goal, you just roam randomly until you hopefully hit a new packet).
