Far more beautiful and heartfelt than I could have expected. The card game is such a beautiful way of abstractly handling the art and dance of conversation, and the way that continuing to travel and meet new people can make it harder and harder to connect with those from your home and old life adds a level of emotional weight to the mechanics that most game designers dream of. I didn't expect this game to hit me so hard, but it far exceeded any ideas of what I was getting into.
