What a beautiful, goofy, wistful, enigmatic little story. This is everything I love about DIY indie visual novels. Sure, maybe you don't have many "choices"-- as far as I can tell there's only one section of the game where you do have different options for what to click, and it doesn't affect the progression of the plot any-- but that's beside the point for me: I think this can be such a wonderful, unique, dynamic, accessible multimedia mode of storytelling even if there's no CYOA or "gameplay" aspect to speak of. The artwork and sound design are so striking in all their simplicity and occasional roughness; this might also work okay as an animated cartoon, but really it's tough to imagine in any other medium than this.
