Good god,

I don't even know where to begin it's clever, it controls incredibly well, it has good sound design.

Just one "problem" in the first couple of moments I did not realize at first, you are not able to kill the ship by flinging asteroids at it like in the original. I know it would have probably been way to easy that way (maybe fewer asteroids and faster bullets then, idk, I am not a professional) It's not really bad from a gameplay perspective, but maybe telegraphing the player clearly form the beginning, that you can not destroy the ship (maybe different ship sprite with heavy armor or a shield that also breaks asteroids), because it feels very weird when there is just an asteroid in the ship.

Anyways great game especially with an online leaderboard, I need to step up my game making skills I think.
