An extremely brutal dungeon that is in fact solvable and escapable. 

While I've never had a party survive, they have had a lot of fun playing. 

4/5 because I feel it's not a masterpiece (that status is reserved for the top 1%- 5% of adventures in my opinion). But, it's enjoyable and pushes the players to make bold decisions with their character's lives on the line.
