TheRealArma rated Crimson High

A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.

I don't know if I'm surprised that I didn't review this since it's easily one of my favorites or if I'm unsurprised since I rarely leave reviews in the first place. I genuinely can't tell.

This is one of those titles where if I had a time machine, I wouldn't use it to go back in time to pick winning lottery numbers. I mean... I'd want to, but knowing how impatient I can be with the things I like, I'd probably use it to go forward in time so that I can binge this until the ending.

I'm sure there are things that I haven't noticed and could be improved upon, but so far there hasn't been something I seen and thought, 'Man, this is good, but you know what would make it even better?'. But as a whole, I'm a big fan of everything, from the characters to the world, the story and the humor.

Everyone in the wide cast of characters all look and 'feel' different from one another. You can easily close your eyes and have someone (Lil weird, but I won't judge if that's what you do) read you lines that a said without saying the name of whoever said it and be able to tell easily which character said it.

Let's not forget that in the world the game is set in mythical creatures actually exist. Sometimes the way a character behaves or looks may not be just because of the character's archetype or personality traits, they may be clues or jokes as to what they might be. It's a game within a game to try and determine who is what until it's finally revealed!

That's just the tip of the iceberg! I can go on about the world, the story, even how active and communicative the dev is but, overall, I think it'd be more worth your time to download the game and try it for yourself
