I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see the inclusion of neopronouns! And ones similar to my own, no less (ey/em). Plus I enjoy the isekai genre and furries...

It's very "It's my hole, it was made for me!". Rather glad to have bought the collection last year, though I'll likely take a break between books to avoid burnout. 

This might also be my first furry book, outside of webcomics. Guess I really went full circle from reading Redwall and other xenofiction as a child.

The ending was appropriate, considering the circumstances, but leaves me with so many questions and a desire to see more of this world. I'll need a moment to fully digest everything before starting the second in the series, but I have high hopes!
