The game so far is pretty barebones. Most times just walk you through while you do nothing. The worldbuilding needs a lot of work as you're just thrown out of context into something that doesn't seem to make sense. If it's suppose to be all an excuse for futas having fun with females, which I respect, there would be no need for so much waiting until you get to a just ok scene.
