The controls feel responsive and fluid, the hitboxes are perfect, and gameplay is gratifying. The retro console pixel art is done really effectively, and I love the background music. I appreciate that it's got a non-violent central mechanic, too - regardless of any potential connections between video games and real-world violence, I think there's a lot of interesting, creative games to be made when devs think outside the "shoot bad guys" box; this is a great example.
