Most computers that run windows is unable to support the programs needed to run a .rar file, and the one windows can typically work with, requires a subscription that really isn't worth anything. When the dev has an actual windows version of the game that's playable for everyone, I'll be willing to reevaluate the game since it seems to have a good concept despite the file type.
