The overall game is lovely; I like that there is more than initially appears, and the story and characters' personalities are great. Passion went into the development of the game. Still, some of the mini-games are annoying and tedious. Mainly the wood and rope ones. Having them be a part of one requirement early on is nice, but having them come up multiple times throughout the game to progress is too much. They are the worst mini-games, and unlike all the others, they overstay their welcome.
Another thing is the lack of actual diversity. I know there is a whole story element to explain away all the males, but why? What does that serve but exclude an entire demographic? Even with Puck, you have something there, and you have them use female pronouns even though they were a male initially. I understand the character could be played off as trans, but considering every other cat on the island is female wouldn't it be more diverse if Puck still identified as male? Curses don't have ears, after all. There isn't much of an act to put up there, and without that one throw-away line, they give nothing else in the game I've seen points to their previous form.
