How beautiful this game is. Its universe is so big and my spaceship is so small. However, Okada-san has a lovely spirit that it warms me despite the wan heat of all those the distant suns. 

There are no consequences in the game, so you bring out of your voyage only what you bring in with you. I love this.

I introduced my daughter, who is seven, to gaming using "Alone Among the Stars", and she loves to play it, as well. I made the mistake of discussing facehuggers with her, so her games are all about flamethrowers and daring escapes. She also replaced the king and queen she met one planet with a president, and turned the zombies of another world into her friends who could join the crew, and then she made them dinner (she's the ship's cook). It sounds like she's having a blast, too. 

So yeah, five stars. And I cannot wait to buy the tavern game by Okada-san.
