This game was simple to play at first, but after losing all my lives and starting over (due in part to not adapting to the flamethrower hat), I was sad to note I would have to deal with all the bosses all over again :(

The levels preceding each boss are nice to play, although at times they can be brutal due to the enemies bunching up together and ganging up on the main character (made much worse by my not adapting fast enough to the flamethrower weapon, especially against long-ranged foes) :o
