A very charming game! Adorable visuals and story, with the more simplistic, cutesy art style fitting like a glove! Animations were smooth and fun, I really enjoyed little touches like the vacuum bag changing color and getting bigger as a visual indication of your vacuum being full. Backgrounds were super cute and nice to look at while I thought through my next moves!
Puzzles were challenging, but not impossible—levels were very well-balanced that avoided being unintuitive or trivial, and utilized its mechanics (star blocks, breakable heart blocks, buttons) incredibly efficiently to make each puzzle a fresh and unique experience!
My only critiques are very minor; I'm not sure if it was intentional but sometimes I'd end up slipping off the edge of a block? It led to some inconveniences that would require a few restarts.
I was also a bit confused at the beginning when the dust bunnies would "respawn" in the same places they were originally if I tried to vacuum anything else after getting them. While I was able to figure out that it was a purposeful part of the puzzle-solving, I think it might be nice to have had that directly touched on, like the way the controls were written on the walls in the first level.
With that said, all critique is very minor and may just be a matter of personal taste—this is incredibly polished, if I hadn't already known I would have never expected it to have been made in such a short time frame! Great job Jade and Lyle, I loved it!
