Crunch Time - Kevin Dougherty

Crunch time is a thing that always happens. No matter what project you're in, it's going to occur. Maybe it's the result of your own laziness, or the laziness of others, or simply overscoping the hell out of your game, it just happens. So here are some things to help mitigate it

1: Don't put it off - Procrastinators, I'm looking at you. I know it's hard, but at least do SOMETHING with it over a week or two instead of waiting until the end.

2: Keep good communication. If you stay up to date with others, you can probably help cut down some major annoyances.

3: Know your limits. Things take time, and it's always better to overestimate than underestimate what and when you can do.
