This week was a big push to get progress to where we could showcase the base of our game. So first step was to flesh out the UI a bit. Unfortunately, the minimap isn't in the game yet, but there was still plenty of work to get done besides that. Starting with the grenade count. We had the idea of nades being in the game as a standalone weapon, but quickly scraped that and now the player can quickly toss a grenade by pressing G and when that happens, the UI updates properly to tell you how many more you have until the players empty. I also fixed where the grenades spawn since there was a bug where it pushed the player to the side and a reloading UI bug where if the player ran out of ammo he could still reload. All in all a lot of tying up loose ends to get a nice package for showcase week.
