The experience of this week has made us more strongly realize that sound project management is critical to the success of the project. Without the presence of the project producer, we experienced the complexity of team collaboration and task allocation. I think a clear plan, clear goals, and effective communication are key to ensuring projects are delivered on time.

As a member of a team, I realized that having a dedicated project management tool at work is very necessary. This allows me to have a clear picture of what you are responsible for, understand the progress of the overall project, and better coordinate with other team members. With a dedicated project management tool, we were able to collaborate more effectively and increase productivity.

In addition, I realized that our various documents are not enough, and there are many parts where we only have the general direction but no specific details, which limits me as a programmer to carry out my work. So I think the main goal of our team was to nail down the details of each document as quickly as possible. 

My goal for the first sprint is to finish the narrative system, and I'll try to make a prototype in Unity first.I plan to spend the rest of the week developing some general tools to try and help this.
