I couldn't get the game working in Unity, so I will be showing the process which the game was supposed to be made.

This is a single player text story game, focusing on a murder mystery, the player's objective is to navigate around the scene of the crime, gather evidence and make a decision of who is the murder.

first screen "room":

"You are hired as a detective by Josh to solve the murder of his father John. John was a billionaire in the air travel business, he was found dead June, 16, 2019 in his bedroom. The night of the crime John had invited family and friends over to his mansion to celebrate his 80th birthday, the invite list is in the living room. "Click mouse to go to living room"

Living room:

Here you see John's wife with his children Josh, Olivia, Luke, grieving for him, especially John's wife crying, the date is July 1st, John's funeral was today. "Click to open the invite list"

Business partners: Rick "the oil supplier for John's air travel business"

Maids: Sarah and Julia

Butler: Blake

Friends: Joe and his family 

John's cousin: Tom

etc.. "other people were not in close contact with John"

Information from the Butler:

The butler Blake tells you that the last he saw John, he was with Rick, it was towards the end of the night, around 9:30pm. Blake was escorting most of the guest out of the house, when he saw John and Rick going upstairs into John's office. "Click to ask rick questions"

Information from Rick: 

Rick claims that he was only thanking John for such a long lasting partnership that they had, but you also learn that they decided to part ways in mutual agreement as John is planning on selling the company. Soon after that, he left the house with his chauffeur around the same time Joe and his family left. You decide to check security footage to see that Rick isn't lying. Since that led to a dead end you decide to talk to the wife of John. "Click to advance"

Information from John's wife:

She was the one to discover the body in their bedroom, she tells you that she found John was laying on the bed unresponsive with no external wounds around 1am. Paramedics conclude that John died of poison, and a bottle of medicine is on his nightstand, bnt inside is just John's normal heart medicine. She was in the living room with her children, watching a movie, while John stayed in the bedroom because he was feeling tired. The maids were present as well. She tells you that she is convinced Rick was the murder. "Click to advance"

Conclusion page:

This is all the information that you got from the people closest to John, the children had alibis with the maids, which makes it unlikely that it was them. The three prime suspects are Rick, Butler, or the Wife, they all could've switched his meds. "click on the name of the person you think was responsible for the murder"

Answer:

The person that murdered the billionaire John was the Butler, the Butler was the only person not present in the living room watching the movie after the party. He knew that the wife suspected Rick so he purposely lied and said the last he saw John was with Rick. In reality, he gave John the wrong meds before he went to his own room, and pretended to be asleep, so there wouldn't be any suspicion on himself. The motive was that John wanted to fire Blake the Butler, but when Blake was hired he was promised that he would get the house as John said he would buy a new one in 10 years, that 10 years came to an end on that birthday but John didn't want to sell the house and wanted to fire Blake instead, this made Blake furious so he murdered John.
