I finished the beginning mine quest, and went to talk to Sieger. He had an exclamation point above his head, albeit in a much higher place than it's supposed to be, so it was shown he wanted to speak with me. Except, whenever I attempt to speak to him, he just repeats the dialogue from the intro of the mission and the quest doesn't get finished. Please help. I want to do something right.
