Agility and Critical Hits are too Powerful

Agility seems to be by far the most important stat in this game as it plays a major part in attack, defense, turn order, and ability to escape from battle.  Having a high agility and critical hit rate in this game lets you relatively consistently one shot even powerful enemies like the new bear on the first floor without taking any damage.  This was an issue in the previous iteration of this game where battles on later floors were very easy if you were properly set up, particularly since Hana on her own could consistently instantly crit your entire opponent team to death hitting multiple times (also very abusable) per turn.  As an aside, bosses should probably get certain status immunity like fear and paralysis in this new iteration.

I agree with you. I choose a lot of crit+agility in my scout run and it was too easy to pass the floor (I passed Illfang being just lvl 3, and i wasn't even farming xp, it was just from the side quests), it's even more op than 'full atk dmg' berserk or 'mountain life' blood mage.

Maybe bosses should receive less damage from crits? Plus status resistances are the dream, not immunity. There are bosses that are way too powerful in some floors and i remember only passing then because of a 'one turn paralysis' lucky shot ( i remember the majority of bosses one-shotting Hana with aoe dmg).

Hm... Will be taken into account. Don't think I will be nerfing the players even more, but I might add critical evasion to monsters, and give inflicted states the ability to remove critical evasion.
