Does SITUATIONS trigger before only other cards in the Corridor or any other cards in play, including the ones in the Inventory and Arsenal?

SITUATIONS triggers before any other card can be resolved. After following its Effect instruction, consider it resolved and move it to the Discard Pile. The ESCAPE POD is a special SITUATION: It remains in the CORRIDOR, waiting for its Effect to trigger, throughout the entire round, until it is the last remaining card.

What should occur if the CORRIDOR is drawn and has more than 2 SITUATION cards, or if a SITUATION card is drawn to replace one placed on the bottom of the deck?

The Corridor must contain only 1 Situation per round. If you draw 2 Situations, choose 1 and return the other to the bottom. If you draw 3 Situations, return 2 to the bottom. Keep drawing and choosing which Situation stays and which one goes to the bottom of the Deck, until you have only 1 Situation and 3 of the other types.

When the ALERT card is resolved, do I get to choose which Threats are returned from the Discard Pile?

Yes, you can choose which Threats are returned.

Can both HUNTING KNIFE cards be equipped at the same time with a third weapon?

The Hunting Knife is meant to be equipped simultaneously with ONE other weapon.
