Frogs'n ladybugs, how I made and what will happen with it?

Frogs'n ladybugs is my first published game, and I'm aware it is not the best, the main mechanic (tongue-based movement) I made by accident while trying to code a grapple hook, I thought that it was a cool mechanic and made a little game around it and I released it.

After that I realized that the game was filled with bugs (pun intended), had horrible graphics and no progression at all.

So, i decided to make update 1.1 what fixed most of the game-breaking bugs, and added a little bit more content.

I still wasn't pleased with the game, so I made update 1.2, which is mostly a graphical overhaul and some tweaks + game balance. I had a friend help me with the graphics, I'm a coder, not a designer. The new sprites look way better.

Now I have planned update 1.3 , in which I will add a sense of progression , like a high score, achievements and frog skin which you can buy with score, that will make the game way better.

But that will happen at a later time , for now I'm returning to my main project, The Shepherd which I am still working on, I'm having problems with the time system, expect the third dev log on it next week.

I learned that publishing a game which you made in one day is far better than not publishing a game at all, thank you all, here is the link to the game https://barbu-david-constantin.itch.io/frogsn-ladybugs and some screenshots
