Cosmos Fighter Devlog 1.0

This is the first devlog for my game -  Cosmos Fighter. 

The main hero and his friend were travelling in space, but then their spaceship crashed on the moon because of an accident. Unfortunately, they crashed in the military territory, so the soldiers assumed them to be enemies. The main hero, you, have to protect the ship and himself while his friend is trying to fix it. 


There are different types of soldiers: medium size with a gun, who can shoot and kill you, medium size with no gun, who are much faster and most of the damage to the ship comes from them, and large size without a gun, who are slow and hard to kill, and if they get to the ship, the damage is huge. 

When you kill an enemy, there is a 50% chance that he will drop an energy pill (energy is used for combos). Different types of enemies drop different amounts of energy. 

Also, at the end of every level, there is a boss fight. The boss will not damage the ship, it will try to kill you. His attacks are very strong; if you miss 2-3 of his attacks, then you will die and the level will start from the beginning. Every level, the boss is getting stronger.


The player can put down barricades and tourettes. If the enemy runs in to a barricade, he dies. However, the barricade also has health; it can only manage a few enemies. The tourette is shooting at the enemies. Both of them can be upgraded, along with the player's weapon.
