I'm new to the platform, so I'm sure there's some simple detail that I've overlooked. I write stories and have a Patreon page, and recently I decided to offer my $5 and up Tiers the opportunity to download Ebook versions of my works. Unfortunately they can't seem to access them, they're getting a message stating it's an invalid project. When I tried it I got the message that I'm not a Patron, which is true, but I would have that I would have a free pass on that one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I thank you in advance.
