There are two games...in total...and for the virtual project I'd like to combine them into one as seamlessly as possible but as a writer i am not sure how that would be possible.
This is a rather large project I am well aware… and to make it online multiplayer with cross compatibility across Android, IOS, PC...is probably a lot to ask right off the bat… But i would like it to be a goal….at the very least a stretch goal that we hit eventually.
Tales of Astaria: Myths and Legends Genre: Fantasy Player Count (1 - 4)
Is a traditional dungeon crawler adventure game that has its own “story” to play through or you can use it in place of the adventuring phase for lords and ladies. The grim dungeons beneath the world have ancient magic items that have re-awakened a long since sleeping deity who now wishes to retake the land by sending out its minions. The nobles of the city can either send out members of their houses or hire adventurers from the adventurers guild to go into the depths for glory and loot.
Tales of Astaria: Lords and Ladies Genre: Fantasy Player Count (1 - 4)
A city management sim(?)/worker placement game where you take the role of a noble trying to build out their harem collection. You can assign your harem jobs within the city to get your house money, send them out on adventures, or train them in new skills. Object of the game: Have the largest collection of skilled harem members.
What I require from a team:
A 3D artist who is good with sculpting so not only can we make a digital copy of the board game(s) but have the models ready for 3d printing and a physical board game in the future.
game programmers (preferably in unreal blueprints) I am asking for this primarily because that is what i am currently learning so i can follow along and should you leave the team for any reason I can take over.
Objective: Get a digital alpha copy to kickstarter as soon as a playable version is available.
