Costume gallery bug in Episode 2 for v10.03

I'm playing version 10.03, going through all episodes in order. In episode 2, if I buy costumes from episode 1 they update correctly in the costume gallery. If I buy costumes from episode 2, they don't update. If I skip ahead to episode 3, the start of the episode automatically loads up all episode 2 costumes correctly.

Missing costumes in episode 2 is only an issue because of Lola's 3rd event, The Ribbon Pageant, which requires the player to specifically load the ribbon costumes on each girl. As far as I can tell all of Episode 2 is playable apart from that event, but I'm just too curious to see what the event is about. Reporting this in case you're already aware of a quick workaround you could share, such as buying costumes in a specific order that I haven't figured out.

P.S. I've been following your work for the past 10 years, feels weird writing to you just for a bug. Your creativity, passion and dedication set you as an example for other creators. Here's to hoping one day you'll be able to follow your plan of attending a great art school, if that's still on your mind.

I just noticed new events for each girl's costume, that unlock the actual costume gallery. Went through this mechanic yesterday in Episode 1, must have had a brain fart for the past hour to not check for new events. Nevermind.

I'm happy you were able to figure it out. To be honest first episodes of the game can get a bit convoluted.

I've finished Episode 5, and I think I see what you mean. So far your design philosophy shifted from "something for every girl" to "focused storylines". Personally I see value in both approaches, but I wouldn't call one "convoluted" because I look at the game through the lens of "one man team with occasional contracted work". What is there in the first episodes is still very good quality content, even if you may have still been wrapping your head around game design and the production pipeline.

Thanks. To be honest I am just glad you're having fun with it ^^

Just finished episode 10. Great work all around.

When you redesigned the interface in episode 9, I surprised myself by missing the feeling of being in the girl's room. Then I realized that a big part of that was the "chat with the girl" option that I clicked on occasion out of curiosity. Went back to episode 8 and spent too much time cycling through the days to see how many unique lines there were. Great little mechanic that delivered bite-sized bits of personality.

Every time I play your games, I surprise myself with how invested I get without realising because of your writing. Shoutout to Lyk's editor work as well.
