Hi,

We’re looking for an experienced Unity/C# programmer to help out on our game on a revenue share basis. The candidate needs to be able to commit 10+ hours per week and ideally has experience with the Ootii motion controller.

The game is called ‘Beach Rescue – Bondi’, it’s a surf lifesaving game set on Bondi Beach, Australia. The game will feature a detailed storyline told through cut-scenes where the player makes decisions that affect the future direction of the story. The main gameplay is set on the beach and in the sea and will consist of a mixture of 3D adventure style action and top-down strategy elements.

You take on the role of one of four lifeguards attempting to complete a series of missions such as saving drowning swimmers in the sea, breaking up fights on the beach and competing in Jet Ski races and other competitions.

We’re using Unity/C# and the game is being made for PC. We’re expecting to finish the game around December 2020.

Our experience is as follows: I’m a game dev generalist, I’ve done a lot of programming in C#/C++ over a number of years. I started game development in Unity about two years ago and have been working full time on this project for the last six months. We also have a writer who has written for shows on Broadway and some artists/animators.

To find out more about the game, please visit our itch.io site: https://jammygitgames.itch.io/beach-rescue-bondi or our website, please check out the ‘Beach Rescue – Bondi’ page: https://www.jammygitgames.com/

We have a revenue share agreement which the selected candidate will be invited to join. The final revenue share will be determined by the level of input to the game.

Please get in touch if you feel you have the programming skills and experience we’re looking for and can help us complete this amazing project.

 Many thanks,

 Jammy Git Games
