Hello! Welcome back to my journey of making a game, If you haven't read my first devlog, then go check it out.

-MONDAY, JULY 20TH, 2020 : 11:10 AM-

Last time I left off at making a rigidbody and a box collider for the player! And as of the ground, I only added a box collider so it doesn't fall. And now I have to script my player controller, and it wasn't too hard with the help of Brackeys (totally recommend him if you need help in Unity), And now I have to work on player animations, because I only made a idle animation, I'm going to make a run and jump animation for now. So I'm gonna take a quick break and get back to work.

So, I've decided to make 1 - 2 devlogs every so often, I'm not planning to make profit off of this game, since this is the first time I've tried making a game. But hopefully I can do well.  I started working on my player movement script, by starting off by referencing to a character controller I found online. Heres a screenshot.

And that concludes the first (official) devlog of my platforming journey! I got a player controller which can jump, and move around, in the next devlog, I want to work on player animations.  Cya!
