Keys Vs Downloads

Hi, can someone help me understand the large disparity between actual downloads and the number of keys one of my games has? I've put my game Tappy Donut on sale and it's got a lot of keys owned by users (evidenced by the large email list in the backend) and a small number of downloads in comparison. What is going on?
